A newly built holiday apartment to rent in Tinajo, Lanzarote with stunning mountain views in a quiet village located centrally on the island, ideal as a touring base to see the real Lanzarote.
The apartment sleeps four persons altogether, with two in one double bedroom (double bed) and two in the lounge area (one double sofa bed) and is situated in an ideal location for a couple/couple and child wanting peace and tranquillity in a true Canarian setting.
The apartment has stunning views over the mountains towards the Mirador Del Rio and the coast. Also, the apartment is centrally located to the island and all of its attractions with Club La Santa with its world-renowned sports facilities just a short drive away amongst many other attractions and beaches nearby also.
Please note the apartment has its own private and lockable staircase leading up to it, there is a lockable gate at the top of the staircase.
Due to the apartment being situated up a staircase, we are sorry to say it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Facilities
Bedroom Double bed in bedroom (twin beds available on request if preferred) and a large built in wardrobe. Also there is a chair and dressing area.
Bathroom Fully tiled luxury shower room with WC, bidet and washbasin. Also a continuous on demand hot water system.
Kitchen Cooker, electric hob with child lock safety feature, microwave and fridge. All usual utensils along with kettle, toaster, etc... Fire blanket and smoke detectors fitted.
Utility Room Washing machine and drying area.
Living Room & Sun Terrace Large double sofa bed and armchair with front door opening onto large private sun terrace. TV, DVD Player and Stereo Radio.
Other Beautiful tiled dining area with breakfast bar and separate table area.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service Towels and linen included. Property cleaned and linen / towels changed once a week.
