Chair and dressing area Bathroom: Fully tiled luxury shower room with WC, bidet and washbasin. Continuous hot water system Kitchen: Cooker, electric hob with child lock safety feature, microwave, fridge. All usual utensils along with kettle, toaster etc included. Fire blanket and smoke detectors fitted Utility Room: Washing machine and drying area Living Room & Sun Terrace: Large double sofa bed and armchair, Front door opening onto large Private Sun Terrace. TV, DVD player and stereo radio Other: Beautiful Tiled Dining area with breakfast bar and separate table area Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen included. Property cleaned and linen / towels changed once a week

Notes on accommodation
Up to four people can be accommodated with two utilising the double sofa bed in the living room. Children welcome. Please note the apartment has its own private and lockable staircase leading up to it, there is a lockable gate at the top of the staircase. Because of this the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair access - Sorry.
